SCHOOL OF WORSHIP

9 Mar - 26 Jul 2026

Are you passionate about worship and hungry to grow in intimacy with God?
Do you long to see how your giftings can be a blessing for the nations?

What is School of Worship?

The School of Worship (SOW) is a five-month course with a three-month lecture and two-month outreach. This school trains worship leaders and musicians to know what worship is and how they can use their giftings to serve the body of Christ. The head, heart, and hands, are the three main focuses of our SOW.

Music Focus

There is a strong music focus in our school of worship. Every student can expect plenty of opportunities to hone their musical craft during the course of the school program. We hope that students will leave more equipped and empowered for worship ministry, wherever God may call them.

Head   knowledge

We believe that worship needs to be anchored in God’s truth. A biblical understanding of what worship will help students to lead people to experience God in every season rather than according to the latest trend.

Heart   character

The foundation of any worship ministry is a life devoted to pursuing intimacy with God. We desire students to walk authentically with God and others, regardless of the platform they may be given.

Hands   skills

God has gifted each person with different talents and giftings. We pursue excellence and not perfectionism. We want to encourage students to hone their craft to the best of their abilities. As such, musical training tailored to the student’s needs and band training will be provided as part of this program.

Lecture Phase

Each week of the Lecture Phase covers a different topic relating to worship. You can expect to learn more about the biblical basis of worship, the character of a worshipper, creativity in worship, music technicalities, production, and much more. You'll have many opportunities to process and apply what you have learnt through the school program. We hope you will walk away with a strong understanding of what worship and a deepened love for Jesus.

Outreach Phase

Outreach is when students bring what they learned in the lecture phase to the nations. This is an integral part of the learning process as we believe that application is the heart of learning. The SOW outreach focuses on worship leading, training up worship teams, and bringing worship teachings to unreached places. This opportunity helps students grow in their worship ministry gifts while encouraging others to do the same.

As our School of Worship has a music focus, students interested in this program should already have basic skills in any one instrument (voice included). After applying to the School of Worship, we will give you information on submitting an audition video. The purpose of the audition video is to help us know how the school can serve you where you are in your journey.

Adam & Melanie Lee

Adam and Mel serve in Taiwan with their two young sons, Immanuel and Shayn. Originally from Singapore, they began full-time missionary work in 2009 and 2013, respectively. A large part of their journey is involved with Music Ministry and is, till today, at the forefront of their calling as a family in missions. Together, God has brought them through more than 20 different countries. This experience has given them a burden to see people from every nation and tribe worshipping God, as in Revelation 7:9-10. As such, Multitude Music is founded on this passion.
